I’m Deanne Gagnon, a facilitator, leadership development consultant, and someone who genuinely believes work is better when people feel connected to what they’re doing and to each other.

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to create the kinds of conversations that can be hard to have in the middle of a busy workday—the ones that help people understand each other, tackle what’s getting in the way, make decisions, and figure out where they’re going next.

My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and highly participatory. I don’t believe in talking at people for hours or arriving with all the answers. I create the space, structure, and questions that help people do their best thinking together—and leave with something they can actually use.
